This is a brief description of our design services. CapabilitiesUtilizing some of today’s best 3D design software, we can assure design integrity before it ever leaves the computer. We have the ability to check weights, centers of gravity, and moments of inertia along with interference detection. Once the design is complete it is also ready for software analysis avoiding some of the possible problems in the proto-type and physical testing stage. Also at completion a full set of manufacturing prints with any required sheet metal layouts can be provided along with a computer rendered photo of the finished project. We can also export out several file formats ready for CAM software.In house abilities:
