We provide custom manufacturing services from the proto-type stage through large production runs. We can work from prints provided by you or with approved prints that we create.

CNC plasma cutting.

bullet CNC high definition/precision plasma cutting table with up to 1 3/4" x 8' x 20' capacity.

Shearing

bullet   1/4” x 10’ mild steel.
bullet   3/4" x 10" mild steel.
bullet   1/2" x 15" mild steel.

Sawing

bullet   Manual with miter (13” x 18” straight cut capacity).

Machining.

bullet   CNC vertical mill (travels X=48, Y=24 & Z=18) 
bullet   Manual (standard bridgeport).

Turning.

bullet   Manual (6" chuck, 12" x 40" travels, 1 1/2" through hole).

Punching and notching.

bullet   45 ton punch press with 16" x 60" bed.
bullet   50 ton single station punch.
bullet   Single station notcher.

Forming

bullet  150 ton  x 10' brake press with programmable back gauge.

Welding.

bullet   AWS certified welders.
bullet   MIG, TIG and stick, steel, stainless steel and aluminum.
bullet   Vertical and horizontal welding turn tables / positioners.

Assembly and packaging.
